Kelper bio

Kelper is complicated. He likes kidnapping people, turning them into (talking) animals, but he's appalled at the idea of killing someone. As a result, he makes sure to keep his captives safe and well-fed, even giving them cute little blankets.
The only time he works with other villains is when he's desperate for money.
